and selected chemicals. The company operates on a global
scale and has registrations at facilities throughout the
U.S., and in Canada, Puerto Rico, South America, Europe,
and China.

adopted ISO 9000 as our model for quality assurance
and has obtained multiple ISO 9001 and ISO 9002 certifications.
ISO 9001 registrations cover the engineering and manufacturing
of equipment for air separation; natural gas liquefaction;
hydrogen purification; and other gas processing applications.
ISO 9002 registrations cover industrial chemicals and
gases; specialty gas production; MRI services; and Permea
nitrogen membrane systems. The markets served are chemical
and refining, metals, oil/gas production, electronics,
research, food, glass, health care, and pulp and paper.
Multi-site certificates of approval have been obtained
for 143 plants located throughout the U.S. and Canada,
covering the production of medical gases-including oxygen,
USP, nitrogen, and NF3-and industrial gases-including
oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, carbon
monoxide, helium, and other noble gases; 142 packaged
gas and retail service facilities in the U.S. and Canada,
covering the manufacture and distribution of industrial,
medical, and specialty gases; and the company's MEGASYS(tm)
Total Gas Management Services for electronics manufacturers.
Additionally, multi-site certificates of approval have
been obtained for 188 industrial gas, electronics, and
operations facilities located throughout Europe.
ISO 9002 registrations also have been obtained for
10 of the company's chemicals manufacturing facilities
worldwide. These certificates of approval cover the
manufacture of a variety of polymer resins, performance,
and industrial chemicals. The manufactured products
are used in the adhesives, agriculture, furniture, automotive,
paints/coatings, textiles, paper, and construction industries.
